チェックインお荷物の重量制限について:クイーンズランド州勤労衛生安全管理省による安全基準があり、空港、港湾、ホテルなどを含む、いかなる労務場所で、一人の勤労者が一人で持ち上げる／持ち運ぶことのできる荷物一つの最重量を２３ｋｇまでと定めています。グリーンアイランドリゾートへチェックインされるお客様のお荷物一つが２３ｋｇを超える場合には、チェックインカウンターにて弊社が提供する手提げ袋に分けて頂き、２３ｋｇ以内に調整して頂きます。
